Shipping policy

We ship worldwide and aim to process all orders within 24 hours. Shipping times may vary based on location, and tracking is available during checkout based on postal service selected.

During our busier seasons, orders are processed and shipped within 7-14 business days after receiving payment. If your order is particularly large, with a lot of handmade items, the processing time could be longer.

We ship via USPS & UPS which will add on an additional 2-9 days shipping time.

NOTE: Saturday, Sunday & Holidays are not business days. If you place an order on a Friday, it will not ship out until the following Week’s 3rd or 4th business day. Please keep these processing times in mind, when placing your order.

Please ensure you have entered the correct shipping address. If you incorrectly enter the wrong shipping address we will not be held responsible and no refund will be provided.
